A small group attended an Aeros hockey game on Saturday.
I did find it slightly ironic that we were at a hockey game on the first day of spring but it was cold outside anyway.
They only got in a fight once...
...but they hugged and made up.
Who knew that Smith...
...and Rogers play hockey.
We had a great time watching them be tough.
At one point they had people race tricycles on the ice. They also had a "Chuck A Puck" contest as well as a marriage proposal.
I always love seeing the zambonis.
Though most of us were new to watching hockey in Houston, the Aeros have some very dedicated fans.
We were not sure if the mascot was a dog, wolf, or coyote.
Both teams played very well and they were well matched.
The other team scored early on...
...but our team was able to get on the board.
Unfortunately, our team lost but we still had a great time. We even got to hear Alia's choir sing and they sounded great!
