Progressive Dinner 2007

The idea behind a Progressive dinner is to eat each course at a different home. We took two vans to our three homes.

Michael sported a different side in his silk dragon shirt.

The first house was the Smith's where we consumed yummy appetizers!

Off to the main course and salad at the Rathweg's house!

Desserts anyone? We proceeded for the last course and music to the Weyler's house.

Surprise Happy Birthday, Dustin! We celebrated his actual birthday with a cake and an (accidental) trick candle.

Time for the musical part of the evening to begin!

Everyone got comfortable in their seats while the "Starting Point of Grace" (very clever!) took their places and exquisitely sang O, Holy Night. (this quartet was composed of Stephanie, Michelle, Alia, and Katie)

The next performance was by Alia on the violin. She graced us with three pieces (or bits thereof). What a gifted performer she is!

The evening ended with Christmas caroling around the piano.

(...only in Texas will you hear one of these songs! :) )

Feliz Navidad, Y'all!
